A surgical practice built around a single principle: planned outcomes, not lucky ones.
Dr. Mohamed Hazem Abdel Azim is a consultant maxillofacial surgeon with over fifteen years of operative experience across orthognathic, reconstructive and aesthetic facial surgery. After completing his fellowship training in Vienna and London, he returned to Cairo to build a practice that meets European surgical standards while remaining accessible to patients across the region.
The practice is built around a digital workflow — cone-beam CT, three-dimensional planning, patient-specific surgical guides — because surgical accuracy is not an aspiration; it is something that can be measured.

- Diplomate of the European Board of Oro-Maxillofacial Surgery
- First author, Journal of Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery

Verified post-operative reviews from patients across the Gulf, Europe and Africa. Translated where original languages were not English.
“Two previous rhinoplasties in London had left me unable to breathe through one nostril. Dr. Hazem rebuilt the structure of my nose. I sleep through the night now for the first time in a decade.”
“After a motorcycle accident I was told my face would never look the same. Dr. Hazem's reconstruction was so precise that even my dentist couldn't tell where the fractures had been. I am profoundly grateful.”
“I had been told in Paris that I had no bone for implants. Dr. Hazem and his prosthodontist gave me fixed teeth in a single morning. The cost saving funded a holiday for my family. The work is impeccable.”
“Eighteen months of pain, four other specialists, no answers. Dr. Hazem's team identified the problem on the first visit and fixed it with a thirty-five minute keyhole procedure. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”
“The standard of care matched anything I had seen in Europe, at a fraction of the cost. The pre-operative planning and the post-operative communication were both exceptional. A serious surgeon.”

Class III Underbite Correction
Class I occlusion achieved in theatre. Patient reported immediate improvement in incising and chewing. Twelve-month follow-up shows stable bite, balanced profile and resolved TMJ symptoms.
