Overview

What this surgery actually does.

Most general dentists offer implants. Far fewer offer them to the patient with severe bone loss, the patient who wears a denture, the patient who has been declined elsewhere. This is the work we do.

Zygomatic implants anchor into the cheekbone, bypassing the atrophic upper jaw. All-on-4 and All-on-6 protocols deliver a fixed bridge in a single visit. Pterygoid and trans-sinus implants extend the indications further. Every case is planned in 3D and placed with a fully guided surgical workflow.

Surgical placement is always coordinated with a prosthodontist. We do not operate in isolation — the final restoration is planned before the first incision is made. International patients receive a provisional bridge before they fly home, with the definitive restoration delivered three to six months later.

  • Committed to lifelong hygiene maintenance
Pathway

From first message to final review.

  1. Step 01

    3D planning and prosthetic design

Cone-beam CT, intra-oral scan and photographs. Digital wax-up of the final teeth before surgery.

  2. Step 02

    Surgical guide fabrication

Patient-specific guide printed in-house. Implant positions verified to within 0.3 mm of plan.

  3. Step 03

    Surgery and immediate provisional

Implants placed under sedation in 2–3 hours. Provisional fixed bridge delivered the same day.

  4. Step 04

    Healing phase

Soft diet for 14 days, gradual progression to normal function. Hygiene review at week 4 and week 12.

  5. Step 05

    Definitive restoration

Final zirconia or hybrid bridge delivered at 4–6 months with the prosthodontist.

Questions answered

The things people actually ask.

Yes — for the right patient. You walk in with no teeth or failing teeth, and you walk out with a fixed provisional bridge the same evening. The definitive bridge follows 4–6 months later.
